Responsibilities

• Prepare documents for appointments and manage copies/scans of insurance cards.
• Schedule, triage, and confirm appointments; relay messages to clinicians as needed.
• Collect co-pays and balance daily deposits; assist with basic billing tasks and HIPAA compliance.
