Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist clinic in meeting goals related to quality and patient satisfaction.
• Provide assistance, guidance, and direction to visitors and patients, in person and over the phone.
• Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate patient appointments; register patients.
• Triages patients in urgent/emergency situations over phone or in person.
• Maintain accurate patient demographics and insurance registration.
• Process copays and determine billing based on appointment type; collect payments.
• Support front-office tasks such as mail handling, scanning, and records management.
• Comply with HIPAA and reimbursement rules; maintain data security and privacy.
