Job summary

Providence Swedish is seeking a friendly front-desk receptionist to join our clinic team at First Hill. You will answer a high-volume multi-line phone system, transfer calls to the appropriate staff, and take detailed messages as needed.

You will schedule patient appointments in person and over the phone, greeting patients to ensure smooth clinic flow. Experience in ambulatory clinics and a strong customer service background are preferred; training and orientation will be provided to new staff

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience with a multi-line phone system and high call volume
• Strong computer skills and ability to manage patient records
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities
