• Working knowledge of medical terminology, third party billing and referral procedures.
• Experience with EPIC EMS.
• 3 years' experience in a clerical or office function.
• 1 year experience in a medical office setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and answer phones.
• Schedule and reschedule patient appointments and maintain provider's schedule.
• Assist clinical staff with outgoing calls to patients, pharmacies or other providers.
