Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a customer service or clerical setting.
• Experience with medical office front-desk tasks is a plus.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients, answer calls and take messages.
• Schedule and reschedule patient appointments; maintain provider schedules.
• Assist clinical staff with outgoing calls to patients, pharmacies, or other providers.
