Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; an Associate's degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year in a healthcare setting; physician office experience preferred.
• Strong customer service focus with attention to detail and multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and verify identity; check in per clinic policy.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate physician requests and changes.
• Maintain and document medical records in the EMR; handle forms and communications.
• Collect and post patient payments; assist with billing-related tasks.
• Support multiple Patient Services stations and cross-site coverage.
