You will handle calls, verify demographics and insurance, collect co-pays, and support providers with referrals and messages. EPIC experience is a strong plus, and a commitment to customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years experience in healthcare or customer service preferred.
• EPIC experience is very helpful!

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to patients.
• Receive incoming and make outbound calls to schedule appointments, process refills, referrals, and messages for providers.
