Johns Hopkins Community Physicians in Bethesda, MD seeks a Medical Office Assistant to provide exceptional patient service, schedule appointments, and handle front-desk duties. You will check patients in and out, collect copays, verify insurance, and manage demographics with accuracy.

You’ll also process referrals, medication refills, and messages for providers, supporting surgical scheduling when needed. A High School diploma and healthcare exposure are preferred; EPIC experience is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years experience in healthcare or customer service preferred.
• EPIC experience is very helpful.

• Recieve and make calls to schedule appointments.
• Check patients in and out, collect copays, verify insurance and collect demographics.
• Process patient medication refills, process referrals, and take messages for the providers.
