Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Administrative Management or related field preferred.
• 2+ years in a similar scheduling/administrative role.
• 3+ years in a customer service setting; healthcare experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages and optimizes provider schedules and resolves conflicts.
• Schedules and confirms patient appointments in the EMR with notes.
• Provides information on test prep, arrival times, and directions to patients.
• Coordinates care with the patient’s care team and answers questions.
• Documents consent and inputs forms into patient charts as needed.
• Supports overall patient care and addresses patient anxieties.
