Responsibilities

• Financial Responsibilities: Collect payments for co-pays, reconcile patient accounts, and maintain a financial ledger.
• Facility Cleanliness: Help maintain cleanliness of patient areas and restrooms.
• Communication Skills: Interact courteously with patients, families, physicians, and team members.
• Professional Development: Attend monthly staff meetings and engage in performance improvement activities.
• Other Duties: Assist management with additional tasks as assigned.
