Job summary

BayCare Clinic in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Patient Services Representative to join our team. The role supports check-in, chart development, appointment scheduling, and patient communications in a busy plastic surgery and skin care setting.

Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with no holidays or weekends. The successful candidate will assist with forms, handle phone calls, manage billing, and maintain confidentiality while delivering compassionate, patient-centered service at our

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• Post-high school coursework in Medical Terminology and/or Office Assistant preferred.
• Working knowledge of medical terms and health insurance.
• Strong desktop computer skills.
• MISYS experience preferred.
• Prior experience in a medical setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets and checks in patients.
• Assists patients in filling out patient forms.
• Answers phones, takes messages, routes calls when necessary.
• Develops patient charts.
• Enters pertinent information into patient charts.
• Schedules patient appointments.
• Collects co-payments from patients.
• Performs general office duties.
• Respects and maintains confidentiality.
• Works in a safe, compliant and ethical manner at all times.

BayCare Clinic Plastic Surgery and Skin Specialist is looking for a Patient Services Representative to join our team in Green Bay, WI. We’re looking for a compassionate, thoughtful candidate who wants to contribute to a positive experience for all our patients. The typical hours for this role are Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm. No Holidays! No Weekends!

The Clinic:

BayCare Clinic is a successful, dynamic group comprised of 20+ specialties. We are a physician-owned entity with joint ownership in Aurora BayCare Medical Center, a 167-bed hospital located in Green Bay, WI, offering us a built-in referral base. Each of our specialty practices have clinical autonomy and are financially sound.

The Practice:

Plastic Surgery & Skin Specialists by BayCare Clinic is a growing, high-volume practice, providing cosmetic and reconstructive surgical services and a full spectrum of aesthetic treatments. Our primary location in Green Bay is a modern, standalone facility with dedicated procedure rooms, plastic surgery exam rooms, and aesthetic treatment rooms.

• Prior experience in a medical setting is preferred.
