BayCare Clinic Orthopedics and Sports Medicine is looking for a Patient Services Representative to join our team in Green Bay, WI.

We’re looking for a compassionate, thoughtful candidate who wants to contribute to a positive experience for all our patients. The typical hours for this role are Monday-Friday between 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. No Holidays! No Weekends!

The Clinic

The Job

Our Patient Services Representatives perform receptionist and general office duties and acts as initial contact person for patients. This position would work in a combination between our phone room and front desk.

The Requirements

• A minimum of a high school education or equivalent.
• Post high school coursework in Medical Terminology and/or Office Assistant is appropriate.
• Must have a working knowledge of medical terms and health insurance.
• Must possess strong desktop computer skills.
• Experience with EPIC is preferred.
• Prior experience in a medical setting is preferred.
