Qualifications

• Previous receptionist, customer service, or medical office experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic computer and phone system proficiency.
• Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
• Experience with EMR systems is a plus.

Responsibilities
