MCRM Fertility is seeking a Patient Services Representative to be the first point of contact for patients at our St. Louis location. You will greet patients, collect payments, and guide them through clinic policies with warmth and accuracy.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service experience, comfort with insurance verification, and proficiency with EHR systems. Bilingual English/Spanish is highly valued to support diverse patients and maintain HIPAA standards.

This is a full-time position based out of our St. Louis, MO location. We are looking for someone who brings professionalism to patient-facing work and understands that in a fertility clinic, warmth and composure are not just nice to have, they are part of the care.ScheduleThis position is full-time, at 40 hours per week, working 7:30 am-4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend coverage (about once per month).If you have been looking for meaningful, professional work that fits around your life without sacrificing a predictable routine, this role was built for that.What You’ll DoYou will be a key part of the patient experience at our Tulsa clinic: keeping things moving, keeping patients informed, and keeping the front desk running with care and precision.Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalismCollect service payments and reconcile daily transactionsManage incoming calls and route them accurately to the right teams, prioritizing by urgencyGuide patients through clinic policies and assist with required formsVerify and document insurance benefits and coverage in patient chartsLog all interactions accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)Coordinate with care teams on schedule changes and patient flowHandle filing, scanning, and faxing to support clinic operationsUphold HIPAA regulations and maintain strict patient confidentialityWhat We’re Looking ForThis role requires a specific kind of professionalism.
