The Patient Financial Representative coordinates the financial aspects of a patient’s while fostering a positive and memorable patient experience. This role educates patients on financial services and the steps/timeline to receive payment from the patient(s) insurance and must be accessible to patients to serve as a resource for all financial matters regarding their care. The Patient Financial Representative reports to the Business Office Manager.
