Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree.

• Patient Registration or financial counseling or insurance and medical terminology experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate information and support needed for patient flow in Swedish Medical Center and Emergency Department.
• Provide front line customer service including reception and Registration.
• Interview patients and families to collect demographic and financial data and obtain consents.
• Assist patients with financial questions and explore financial aid or alternate coverage options.
• Serve as POS team expert for registration during hospitalization.
