Qualifications

• 6 months of healthcare experience in Business office, Hospital or Medical Office setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients during on-site registration and arrival process for scheduled and unscheduled visits.
• Complete demographic and insurance information collection and collect patient liability at time of service.
• Perform financial clearance functions on assigned accounts during registration downtimes.
• Provide miscellaneous client service activities including valuables collection and basic customer service.
• Greet and serve patients in a professional, friendly, and respectful manner.
