Under the PAS manager, you will collect demographic and insurance information and assist with initial financial clearance.

Qualifications

• 6 months of healthcare experience in Business office, Hospital or Medical Office setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients during on-site registration and arrival process for scheduled and unscheduled visits.
• Complete financial clearance functions on assigned accounts during registration downtimes.
• Collect accurate demographic information, insurance information and patient liability (if known).
• Provide basic customer service and greet patients in a professional, friendly manner.
