The PM interacts with clients and internal teams to deliver solutions on time, within scope, and on budget while providing strategic guidance and actionable insights to maximize program performance and brand value.

Qualifications

• Experience managing programs for life sciences brands and clients.
• Strong communication, leadership, and client-service focus.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain programs and implement updates on time and within scope.
• Monitor funding and billing for VPC accounts daily.
• Review claims workflow and resolve stalled items.
• Track and audit program metrics and weekly insights.
• Lead weekly client and internal stakeholder meetings.
• Prepare quarterly QBR-ready program data.
