• Develop deep expertise in therapeutic areas, competitive landscapes, and client objectives.

Responsibilities

• Program maintenance, updates, launches, and business rule changes.
• Monitor funding and billing for accounts; review claims and tickets; maintain trackers.
• Lead weekly client meetings with agenda topics and meeting minutes; manage internal milestones.
• Prepare weekly automated reporting and track key program metrics.
• Manage invoicing, monthly budget file, and SOW reviews; support quarterly audits.
