Qualifications

• Medical Assistant certification preferred or equivalent military/education pathway.

Responsibilities

• Manage phone-based patient interactions and scheduling for multiple providers.
• Verify demographics, insurance, pre-registrations, referrals, and authorizations.
• Communicate with physicians' offices and patients regarding referrals and instructions.
• Enter data into Electronic Health Records within scope and protocols.
