Job summary

BrightView Health seeks a Patient Services Representative to be the first point of contact, ensuring a warm, efficient in-clinic experience and high-quality patient interactions.

You will handle front desk tasks, schedule appointments, collect copays, and coordinate with care teams while upholding HIPAA and compliance standards. A high school diploma and 2+ years front desk experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for patient inquiries and assist with problem solving.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Collect patient copays and other forms of financial responsibility.
• Communicate with clinic teams and central support regarding appointments and follow-up needs.
• Attend required meetings and collaborate within the clinic team.
• Maintain accurate patient accounts, including insurance and billing information; ensure HIPAA compliance.
