Job summary

BrightView Health is seeking a Patient Services Representative to be the welcoming first point of contact for patients, guiding them through in-clinic visits with a focus on a warm, efficient experience.

Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, collecting copays, and maintaining accurate patient records while collaborating with clinic teams to support recovery journeys. A high school diploma and customer-service mindset are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of prior front desk experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for patient inquiries and assist with problem solving.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Collect point of service payments, including patient copays and other forms of financial responsibility.
• Maintain accurate patient accounts, including insurance and billing information.
• Coordinate with clinic teams and central support for appointments and follow-up.
• Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and internal policies.
