Job summary

Revo Health is hiring a Patient Services Representative to support patient registration and check-in plus basic clinical assistance. The role operates in our Plymouth and Maple Grove clinics, with daytime hours Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, collecting payments and insurance information, scheduling, and communicating appointment details to patients and staff. A high school diploma and customer service experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Administrative or medical office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients; collect co-payments, pre-payments, insurance information, and photo ID.
• Verify and document insurance information per current practices.
• Schedule new and existing patients accurately in the practice management system.
• Communicate appointment details, directions, and copay information to patients.
