Job summary

Axia Women’s Health is seeking a Patient Services Representative (PSR) at the Perinatal Testing Center. This role serves as the first and last point of contact for patients, handling scheduling, inquiries, and administrative tasks with a focus on quality and compassion.

The PSR I will greet patients, manage registrations, verify insurance, and assist with daily workflows across Oaks and West Chester locations, supporting clinicians and front-desk operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors professionally and direct to waiting areas.
• Schedule and modify appointments; activate patient files and assist with registrations.
• Collect copayments and verify insurance eligibility; document patient encounters.
• Route calls, messages, and coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Support daily administrative workflows and participate in team meetings for quality improvement.
