Job summary

Axia Women’s Health is seeking a Patient Services Representative for Athena OBGYN locations, including Horsham, Langhorne, and Abington. The PSR I serves as the first and last contact for patients, handling front-desk tasks, scheduling, and inquiries with a caring, efficient approach.

You will verify insurance, collect copays, and support clinical staff while adhering to SOPs and HIPAA guidelines. A flexible, patient‑centered mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors professionally and direct them appropriately.
• Escort patients to exam rooms and notify staff as needed.
• Manage phone calls, messages, and appointment scheduling.
• Register new or existing patients and activate files.
• Collect copays and verify insurance eligibility.
• Document patient encounters accurately and support daily operations.
