Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in/check-out patients with professionalism and compassion.
• Review schedules and prepare for patient visits.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-up visits.
• Answer routine questions in person or by phone with excellent service.
• Perform clerical tasks: copying, scanning, faxing, mail distribution.
• Maintain and organize patient health records.
• Coordinate with insurance providers for pre-authorizations and documentation.
