• Experience with venipuncture and specimen handling.
• Familiar with lab data entry systems like PathConnect.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers professionally and courteously.
• Ensures specimens are collected accurately and on time.
• Explains venipuncture process calmly to patients.
• Processes requisitions and enters data into lab systems.
• Maintains records and PSC/IOPST logs.
• Keeps facilities neat and ensures safety policies are followed.
