Responsibilities

• Manages the daily operations of assigned work units within General Service, including Attendants, Information Desk, Logistics, Parking & Enforcement, and more.
• Plans, organizes, supervises, and coordinates activities; develops and maintains a customer-focused and efficient unit.
• Provides budgetary input, oversees supplies/equipment purchases, and ensures compliance with policies.
