Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Doctor of Pharmacy degree required.
• Completion of an accredited PGY1 pharmacy residency and a minimum of 1 year applicable pharmacy experience; or a minimum of 3 years applicable pharmacy experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage pharmacy operations and services to ensure safety and optimized patient outcomes.
