Job summary

Neighborcare Health is seeking a Patient Services Operations Manager to lead PSR teams across multiple clinical sites, oversee front office operations, and partner with site administrators to optimize patient access and scheduling.

You will drive workforce development, implement standardized workflows, ensure HIPAA compliance, and foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement while aligning with the organization's mission.

Qualifications

• AA degree or equivalent; or high school diploma with 2 years leadership experience.
• Experience leading 10–25 staff and multi-site teams.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and patient privacy requirements.
• Experience with front office operations and revenue cycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and development for regional PSR team.
• Oversee clinic scheduling and patient access metrics.
• Lead staffing, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with cash handling and daily reconciliations.
• Collaborate with site leaders and central teams to drive process improvements.
