Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group USA company, seeks a Patient Services Manager to lead the Patient Services Team in an acute care setting in City, State.

Responsibilities include setting goals for patient food services, hiring and coaching staff, ensuring diet orders and HIPAA compliance, and driving patient satisfaction through QA/PI programs. A relevant degree and diet-care credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with one year work experience in food services or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in food service technology/management or related field.
• Certified Dietary Manager, Registered Diet Technician or Registered Dietitian preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience in food service management in acute care settings.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, EMR, and diet office systems.

Responsibilities

• Establishes goals and oversees implementation of patient food services needs based upon medical direction and patient population.
• Hires, directs, coaches, trains, and develops patient service team members.
• Complies with dietary restrictions to ensure meals meet diet orders.
• Ensures patient services staff assist in achieving patient satisfaction goals.
• Complies with federal, state, and accrediting standards and HIPAA regulations.
• Participates in patient satisfaction programs and QA/PI activities.

Education

Associate degree in food services or related field
