Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group USA company, seeks a Patient Services Manager to lead the Patient Services Team in an Acute Care setting in City, State. You will establish goals, oversee service delivery, and ensure patient satisfaction while complying with dietary and regulatory requirements.

The role requires an Associate degree or higher in food service or related field, and relevant certifications are preferred. Strong leadership and MS Office/EMR skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with 1 year work experience in food services or related field
• Certified Dietary Manager, Registered Diet Technician or Registered Dietitian preferred
• Minimum of 1 year experience in food service management in an acute care setting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, EMR, and diet office systems

Responsibilities

• Establishes goals and oversees implementation of patient food services needs based upon medical direction and patient population
• Hires, directs, coaches, trains, and develops patient service team members
• Complies with dietary restrictions on special or modified diets to meet patient needs within diet order limits
• Ensures patient services staff assists in achieving patient satisfaction goals
• Complies with regulatory standards (federal, state, accrediting bodies) while protecting confidentiality and patient rights
• Participates in or leads patient satisfaction programs, departmental meetings, and QA/PI programs
