Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group USA company, seeks a Patient Services Manager to lead our patient services team in an acute care setting. The role focuses on delivering compliant, patient-centered food service and coordinating a skilled team to meet dietary needs and satisfaction goals.

Qualified candidates bring a degree in a related field and at least 1 year in food service management, preferably in acute care; ServSafe certification is desirable, with proficiency in MS Office and EMR

Qualifications

• Assoc degree with 1 year in food services or related field.
• Certified Dietary Manager, Registered Dietitian, or RD preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in food service management in acute care setting preferred.
• ServSafe certification desirable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, EMR, and diet office systems.

Responsibilities

• Establishes goals and oversees implementation of patient food services needs per medical direction.
• Hires, directs, coaches, trains, and develops patient service team members.
• Complies with dietary restrictions to meet patient needs within diet orders.
• Ensures patient services staff achieve stated patient satisfaction goals.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and HIPAA, patient rights policies.
• Leads patient satisfaction programs and Quality Assurance/PI initiatives.
