Morrison Healthcare in Los Angeles is seeking a Patient Services Manager to lead our patient services team in an acute care setting. You will oversee staff, ensure compliance with dietary orders, and drive patient satisfaction initiatives.

The role requires an associate or bachelor’s in food service management or related field; CDM/RDT/RD certification is preferred, with at least one year in acute care food service management. Proficiency with MS Office, EMR, and diet systems is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with 1 year work experience in food services or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in food service technology/management or related field.
• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM), Registered Diet Technician (RDT) or Registered Dietitian (RD) preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in food service management in an acute care setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, EMR, and diet office systems.

Responsibilities

• Leads patient services team and sets service goals.
• Hires, directs, coaches, trains, and develops team members.
• Ensures dietary restrictions align with diet orders.
• Supports patient satisfaction initiatives and QA programs.
• Maintains regulatory compliance (federal/state/accrediting), HIPAA compliance, and patient rights policies.
• Participates in department meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
