Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a Patient Services Manager 2 to join our team at UC Health Medical Center- West Chester in West Chester, Ohio. What You'll Do

• Oversee the patient Services area, patient food service production, and diet office;
• Regularly analyze patient satisfaction data and implement additional measurements and action plans to achieve optimal unit performance;
• Ensure excellence in service quality and delivery schedules;
• Act as the liaison between dietitians, nursing managers, and units, participating in patient safety and experience initiatives;
• Work with the diet office to review and address patient menu/meal concerns;
• Conduct daily patient meal rounding;
• Identify process improvement initiatives and oversee their implementation;
• Provide employee training on compliance, safety, sanitation, customer service, and HR functions;
• Ensure and promote adherence to Gold Check Standards & HACCP guidelines;
• Collaborate with culinary team staff to address customer complaints or issues related to food items.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education: Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience: 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience: 2 years in food or culinary services, including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
