Qualifications

• Experience leading a team and/or processes.
• EMR experience required; MEDENT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead PSR duties and oversee a team of PSRs.
• Identify and establish best practices to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Handle hiring, performance management, and development for direct reports.
• Coordinate with HR and leadership on training and evaluation.
