Job summary

Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center is seeking a Supervisory Patient Services Specialist to lead Internal Medicine Primary Care and subspecialty clinics. The role oversees scheduling, registration, and front-end revenue cycle activities while ensuring service standards.

You will coach PSS staff, monitor performance, and collaborate with clinical teams to improve patient access, confidentiality, and accuracy in Cerner/EPIC systems.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Five (5) years of experience.
• Preferred experience with Cerner/EPIC EMR.
• Preferred experience in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervises PSS staff and daily clinic operations.
• Oversees patient scheduling and registration processes.
• Ensures HIPAA compliance and accurate patient records.
• Coordinates with clinical teams to optimize workflows.
