Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group USA company, is seeking a Patient Services Supervisor in Bel Air, MD. You will help operate the Food & Nutrition Services department, ensuring patient satisfaction and quality meal delivery in a fast-paced health-care setting.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in food service, strong supervisory and communication skills, and familiarity with MS Office. ServSafe certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in food service or related operations.
• supervisory and coaching abilities to manage staff.
• Clear written and verbal communication with management and clients.
• Familiarity with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• ServSafe Certification is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Ensures patient and client satisfaction meeting and exceeding expectations.
• Provides menu alternatives within prescribed diets and allergies.
• Interacts with nursing to evaluate daily patient meal selections and delivery.
• Resolves patient concerns promptly and reports to supervisor when needed.
• Assists in all food service activities including sanitation and quality control.
