• 2+ years in a medical office or clinical setting preferred.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and EMR systems.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, check them in/out, and answer scheduling or insurance questions.
• Collect co-pays and balances while explaining policies.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient communication.
• Input patient demographics and visit details into the EMR.
• Open/close front office and maintain a clean waiting area.
• Collaborate with team and support clinic flow.
