Michigan Medicine is seeking a Patient Services Intermediate to provide experienced clerical and administrative support within the Fetal Diagnosis and Treatment Center. The Patient Services Intermediate (PSI) provides experienced clerical and administrative support within the Fetal Diagnosis and Treatment Center (FDTC), a highly specialized multidisciplinary clinic. This role serves as a clerical resource for the department, supporting daily operations, coordinating complex patient scheduling, and ensuring seamless communication among patients, families, providers, and referring physicians.
Under the supervision of the Administrative Manager Intermediate, the PSI plays a vital role in maintaining continuity of operations, accuracy of processes, and quality of patient experience.

This position is covered under the collective bargaining agreement between the U-M and the Service Employees International Union (SEIU), which contains and settles all matters with respect to wages, benefits, hours, and other terms and conditions of employment.
