Job summary

Revo Health / i-Health in Stillwater, MN seeks a Patient Services Representative Float to handle patient registration, check‑in, and clinical support. This full‑time role runs Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM–5:00 PM at the Stillwater location and other OSI clinics in the network.

The role requires high school diploma, proficiency in Word/Outlook/Excel, and customer service experience, with administrative/medical office experience preferred. Equal opportunity employer and comprehensive benefits described.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Customer Service experience required.
• Administrative or Medical Office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients; collect co‑payments, pre‑payments, insurance information, and photo ID
• Verify and document insurance information as defined by current business practices
• Accurate and timely scheduling of new and existing patients in the current practice management system
• Communicate all pertinent information to patients, including: appointment information, directions, check‑in times, referral information and copayments
• Chart preparation and management
• Maintain a working knowledge of health care plan requirements and health plan networks
• Maintain timely communication with patients, families, and staff
• Rotation of Switchboard Operator duties which include: accepting, handling and transferring calls, coordination of interpreters for clinic appointments, and coordination of patient referrals
• Any and all other duties as assigned such as cleaning, laundry, rooming patients, prepping patients for appointments, etc.
