Qualifications

• Healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about what to expect during their visit and information about their next appointment as they check out.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone.
• Regular communication with offices, insurers and translation services, market leaders and business development teams.
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications.
