Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about what to expect during their visit and their next appointment as they check out.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone.
• Communicate with attorneys, insurance companies, translation services and internal teams.
• Collect co-pays from patients, and manage payer approvals and verifications.
