Responsibilities

• Register and pre-register patients at front desk courteously and accurately.
• Collect and verify demographic, insurance and billing information for patient accounts.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to manage patient flow and waiting room activity.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, EMTALA and payer regulations during registration.
