Responsibilities

• Performs patient registration functions in a courteous and professional manner.
• Greets and registers patients and collects required data for pre-registration and registration.
• Processes transactions and updates billing information in the hospital system.
• Maintains HIPAA and other regulatory compliance during registration.
• Coordinates admissions and bed placement with clinical staff as needed.
• Handles daily administrative tasks including scanning and filing documents.
