OSI Physical Therapy in West Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Patient Services Representative to manage patient registration, check-in, and essential clerical support. The role runs full-time, Monday–Friday, with hours between 6:30 AM and 5:00 PM at the West St. Paul location.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, collecting payments, scheduling, insurance verification, and maintaining accurate records. HIPAA and related regulations apply; strong administrative and customer service skills are

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Customer Service experience required.
• Administrative or Medical Office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients; collect co-payments, pre-payments, insurance information, and photo ID.
• Verify and document insurance information as defined by current business practices.
• Accurate and timely scheduling of new and existing patients in the current practice management system.
• Communicate all pertinent information to patients, including: appointment information, directions, check-in times, referral information and copayments.
• Chart preparation and management.
• Maintain a working knowledge of health care plan requirements and health plan networks.
• Maintain timely communication with patients, families, and staff.
• Rotation of Switchboard Operator duties including handling calls and coordinating interpreters.
• Other duties as assigned such as cleaning, laundry, rooming patients, prepping patients for appointments.
