Job summary

OSI Physical Therapy is seeking a Patient Services Representative to support patient registration, check-in and front desk operations at the West St. Paul location.

This full-time, on-site role involves coordinating scheduling, handling payments and insurance information, and delivering friendly, efficient service to patients. The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or GED, proficiency with Word/Outlook/Excel, and prior customer service experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Customer Service experience required.
• Administrative or Medical Office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients; collect co-payments, pre-payments, insurance information, and photo ID.
• Verify and document insurance information per current practices.
• Schedule new and existing patients accurately in the practice management system.
• Communicate appointment information, directions, check-in times and copayments to patients.
• Prepare and maintain patient charts and documentation.
• Maintain knowledge of health plan requirements and networks.
• Coordinate switchboard duties including calls and interpreters as needed.
