Responsibilities

• Confirm patient demographics and insurance information in electronic medical records.
• Schedule appointments for patients according to physician-specific criteria.
• Accept co-payments and process real-time payments; provide receipts.
• Interact and communicate professionally with patients, financial counselors, nursing staff, diagnostic imaging staff, and supervisors.
• Occasionally travel to satellite clinics to perform Front Desk functions for visiting physicians.
