Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Marion, OH is seeking a PSC Registration Representative to handle front-office duties, patient registration, and billing support. You will greet customers, verify orders, perform data entry, and ensure HIPAA compliance in daily operations.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Keyboard/data entry and PC experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers appropriately. Treat all customers in a courteous manner.
• Ensure patient registration is completed accurately and on time.
• Data entry as needed.
• Call clients to confirm handwritten orders, verify test(s) ordered, obtain accurate billing information.
• Handles customer inquiries by telephone and in-person.
• Collects payment, if applicable.
• Maintains required records and documentation.
• Reads, understands, and complies with departmental policies, protocols and procedures.
• Assists with compilation of monthly statistics and data.
• Performs basic clerical duties, i.e. filing, faxing, preparing mail.
